Tech Services Overview

The Technical Services department is responsible for providing the professional services required by our customers to implement and support our entire range of business solutions.

This involves working closely with the customer's internal implementation team to ensure a smooth and effective system implementation, providing product training and on-going technical support to current and new users.

These are exciting and challenging positions which provide a great deal of job satisfaction as well as offering a great deal of variety from one project to another.

QMS Engineer / Consultant

This position is one which involves the implementation and support of our QMS (Quality Management System) solution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales support, and for training customers users and implementing the QMS in a variety of different manufacturing and engineering environments.

This is a 3 months temporary position, potentially leading to full time employment.

• Diploma / Degree in Quality related discipline.
• Knowledge in ISO 9000 implementation and compliance.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment as a QA engineer or similar.
• Experience in a variety of different manufacturing industries preferred.
• Must have strong IT skills.
• Organized, customer orientated.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

ERP Business Consultant

Although we employ Financial, Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution and Systems disciplines, there is a great deal of overlap between the functions, and you will be given the opportunity to extend your current capabilities. Typically, a Business Consultant can expect to spend 70% of their time on-site with the customers.

It is not essential that you possess a high level of IT competency, the most important factor to ensure success in these positions, is that you have had hands-on experience, preferably in a variety of manufacturing environments, with a good overall understanding of how a typical manufacturing business operates from sales through production & shipping to Accounting.

It is an added advantage if you have a working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems, of relational databases, and of either Windows NT and Linux operating systems. You should be very service-oriented and preferably a quick learner, due to the nature of this work you must also be of a patient nature.
